2. Use of This Website

3. Products, Services & Pricing

  • All products/services offered by One Eighty are described as accurately as possible.

  • Prices are listed in either USD, GBP but converted to South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.

  • One Eighty reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without liability.

  • All offers are subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

One Eighty uses PayFast as its secure payment gateway for processing online transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayFast-supported wallets and alternative payment methods

4.2 Payment Security

PayFast processes all payments on behalf of One Eighty.

  • No credit card details are stored by One Eighty.

  • All card transactions are secured via SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.

4.3 Transaction Processing

  • Orders are only confirmed once successful payment has been received.

  • If a payment fails or is flagged by PayFast for security checks, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Order Confirmation

Once payment is approved, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Order details

  • Payment receipt

  • Delivery or fulfilment timelines (where applicable)

6. Delivery / Fulfilment

Deleate Passes

  • Your delegate pass as per your selection will be delivered to you electronically.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once the email has been successfully sent to the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Delegate Passes

  • Delegate passes are non-refundable.  An application can be made for a refund, but the refund will be at the discretion of the Conference Director.  Applications can be made to conference@one-eighty-degrees.com  and have to be made within 48 hours of payment of the delegate passes.  Following the 48 hour window no applications for refunds will be considered.

8. Customer Data & Privacy

One Eighty Root respects your privacy and complies with POPIA.

  • Personal information is used only to process orders and provide customer support.

  • Payment details are never stored on our servers.

  • PayFast retains and processes payment details securely under their own privacy and security framework.

9. Security Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure the confidentiality of their account login information.

  • One Eighty is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by customer negligence.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

  • One Eighty is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the inability to use this site.

  • We do not warrant that the website is error-free or that access will always be uninterrupted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Eighty, its directors, employees, and partners against any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
